They should however adopt best practices as they do this to avoid getting themselves into trouble. One such practice is to take time to think and formulate thoughts before posting anything. They should also have strict policies in place to govern how they get word out to ensure they get out accurate and timely information. One that is free of bias and inappropriate editing. Nevertheless, they should be very selective on whom to authorize to do their posting for them.
